InformAmuse S.r.l., provides the following information about the processing of your personal data collected via the contact form available on the website https://www.informamuse.com
1. Processing Holder

2. Processing purposes
Personal data provided by using specific contact form will be used for:
a)Request fulfillment information and/or information material related to the subject of the request
b)Execution of any contractual activities (preparation and communication of offers, preparation of documents)
c)Advertising material and commercial information concerning marketing and promotional initiatives or updates about products and services offered, subject to consent from you expressed by ticking the appropriate box on the form
3. Processing methods
The processing of personal data can be done by manual, computerized and telematic tools, located in Italy or abroad, at the offices of the data controller or at the offices of other parties formally authorized to process them by the Owner.
4. Nature of the provisioning
The provisioning of personal data requested is voluntary; however a refusal will make it impossible for Holder to follow up your request.
5. Scope of communication and dissemination of information
The personal data referred to point 1. will not be disclosed, none of them will be exposed to other subjects in any possible form, including making available or simply consulting. They will solely be communicated to employees, internal employees or consultants and may also be disclosed to persons entitled to it under the provisions of the law, regulations, Community legislation and, to the extent strictly necessary, to persons whom, for purposes relating to run reports contract with you or for the establishment of new contractual relationships, should provide us with goods and/or perform services on our behalf.
The list of subjects or categories of subjects to whom data may be communicated is available at our offices and can be accessed by sending a specific request.
6. Individuals who carry out the treatments
Our employees and our associates were entitled to process personal data of individuals as ‘ “responsible” or “in charge” of treatment, on the basis of the roles and work tasks completed. Therefore, they are authorized to process the data that you provide us, within the limits of their powers and in compliance with the instructions given by the data controller.
7. Rights of the interested party
In accordance with Art. 7 of legislative decree 106/2003, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence and origin, to verify its accuracy or to request the integration or update, and/or correction. Interested parties also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data handled in violation of the law, and oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
