QRouteMe is a complex, multichannel information system to build and deliver rich user-experiences in museums and exhibits. To this end, QRouteMe integrates different technologies, such as interactive touch screens, QR codes, and mobile devices, to implement the immersive enjoyment of large public spaces. Users of QRouteMe may access multimedia information about the surrounding environment, and also find and be found, by means of large interactive screens or their personal mobile devices. QRouteMe also allows managers of sites to coordinate the information flow, to manage advertisements, and to check the related statistics.
