>WHAT IS IT?
Augmented Reality is an interactive graphics system that allows you to take part in a stream of live video images, changing reality by adding, in real time, content and virtual animations.
According to the Augmented / Virtual Reality Report 2015 compiled by Digi-Capital, the turnover in 2020 around augmented reality and virtual reality it will amount to about 150 billion dollars.
A huge growth, whereas the forecast for 2016 does not exceed 10 billion.
Tim Merel, managing director of Digi-Capital, claims that to lead the industry explosion will be especially augmented reality (120 billion dollars), which lends itself to much broader and pervasive applications than the virtual reality (30 billion), destined to remain confined in your living room for movies and video games.
